     As part of National Development and Service Scheme for Nigerian graduates, a year National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) is mandatory for all Nigerian fresh graduates; the Commission supports this and absorbs corps members.

      The Commissions also absorbs students on Students Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) from various tertiary institutions.

       Aptitude tests are conducted for intended NYSC and SIWES members; absorption is based on

availability of space and the result of the aptitude test conducted.
