A slip, rip or tear…celebrities are bound to have problems with what they wear. This year we
saw accidental fashion flubs, and others were an accident waiting to happen.

Our top three offenders really turned heads (and dropped jaws) with their wardrobe malfunctions.

Adrienne Bailon gave the paparazzi a peep show when her tulle dress flew to the side at a New York event in March, exposing her crotch. The dress is apparently from her upcoming clothing line, but we think she’s going to need to make some design changes before it goes public.

Sofia Vergara's behind busted out of her Zuhair Murad mermaid gown at the 64th Annual Emmy Awards. She tweeted these photos of her stylists rushing to fix the broken zipper, just moments before she had to go on stage with the "Modern Family" cast for their win. Sofia's wardrobe malfunction was so memorable Ellen DeGeneres made it her Halloween costume this year!
